We are looking for a Dual-Site Practice Manager to lead two vibrant, award-winning practices in Greenhithe & Swanscombe. This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role, working alongside an experienced team to provide exceptional care to NHS and private patients.

With a strong reputation for excellence, our partners practices offer a wide range of dental and aesthetic treatments. This role combines leadership, business strategy, and people management, with plenty of room for growth. You will receive full support from operational teams to help you succeed from day one!

What You’ll Be Doing - 

• Leading with confidence, ensure both practices run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with industry regulations, always putting patient care first.
• Driving performance by overseeing service quality, cost management, and performance targets, all while aligning with the broader company mission.
• Supporting your team by inspiring and developing them to reach their full potential. Take charge of income generation, set ambitious targets, and ensure that both private and NHS targets are met.
• Be quick to tackle any issues, with the full backing of operational support.
• Lead staff training, conduct regular 1:1s, and manage performance to build a top-tier team.

The Role at a Glance

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM.

What We’re Looking for 

• A background in dental management (ideally in a mixed or private practice environment).
• A natural leader, confident in your ability to inspire both your team and patients.
• Knowledge of compliance systems and CQC is essential.
• Experience managing P&L accounts is preferred.
