Associate Dentist

We are looking for an enthusiastic dentist to join our lovely team at Tuffley Dental Practice. The practice is independently owned. We do 50% NHS and 50% private and treat the local community and families throughout the generations. We have an extremely loyal patient base with a fully booked diary. We are not taking on new NHS patients and we have a long private waiting list of patients wanting to join the practice. Great private potential.

We have a full team of qualified nurses, most who have been with us for more than 15 years. The practice has an extremely laid-back approach and a friendly atmosphere. You will see separate NHS and private patients, we do not impose targets on our associates and we will give you full clinical freedom.

The practice is of course fully digital, air conditioned and uses SOE. We are very flexible on ordering any materials you prefer. Hygienist support available.

We are looking for a qualified dentist with ideally two or more years’ experience who has a caring approach to patients, can provide a good quality general dentistry and can get along with the team. Candidates must have a performer number and be GDC registered.

The position can be either full or part time, we can be flexible. There is also the option of doing emergency care one Saturday per month at a day rate of £1000.

50/50 private split and up to 4500 UDA's available at a competitive rate. £20,000 sign on bonus split over the first 3 years.

Ideal start date is April 2025 but again can be flexible if another date is required.
