Remuneration: Circa £85,000+
Description: Part OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
• £13-£14 per UDA depending on experience
• Good private potential at the practice
• Practice are happy for the dentist to take a smaller target with more focus on private if required
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• 7.5-8 hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm
• 5 surgery modern dental practice with ambidextrous chairs
• Digital x-rays with patient screens, Rotary Endo, R4 software
• Facial aesthetics, composite bonding advantageous Ellsmer
• Full support team including a Hygienist/Therapist
• Existing, well maintained list
• Strong admin, management team with excellent nursing support.
• Parking available at the practice
• 15 minutes to Chester, 25 minutes to Birkenhead
• Position to start ASAP or notice periods taken into consideration

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
