Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist - Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental group to recruit a Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Position available to start asap with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full time position.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
• Dentist clinical advisor 1-2 days per week (employed)
• Associate Dentist – NHS & Private (self employed).

• Dental group require Clinical Advisor reporting to Clinical Director.
• Working for a family owned group of dental practices.
• Clinical advisor responsibilities include providing leadership as an employed Clinical Advisor, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of clinicians and ensuring industry standard compliance in practice.
• Occasional visit to head office in Leicestershire required.
• Associate dentist to work in general practice in the Cheshire / Merseyside / Greater Manchester region.
• Practice location to be discussed at interview.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in general dental practice.
• Previous experience in a leadership, advisory, or mentoring role is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical and technical expertise in general dentistry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and clinical audits in the dental sector.
• A proactive approach to team development and clinician engagement.

All dentist applying for the is position will be GDC registered, have an active performer number with 5+ years experience of working in general practice. A valid DBS is required on request.
