Established in 1984, and with two fully private Practices located in market towns on the outskirts of York, our family-owned and run dental practices have served as the local choice for high-quality private dental care and specialist services including Implants, Endo, Restorative, IV Sedation, Invisalign, Oral Surgery and high quality composite bonding. We are dedicated to patient-centred care offering services through Denplan Essentials, Denplan Care and PFPI. Our supportive environment and skilled team are central to our success. We are seeking a committed and personable Dentist to join our team. Due to our existing Associate relocating, this has opened up an opportunity to work 4 days per week across our two practices. This could be:
• One dentist working 4/5 days per week across two practices
• Two dentists working 2/3 days each per week in either practice
What we offer:
• Newly appointed surgeries with full air conditioning
• Facilities include intra-oral scanners, CBT/OPG, Planmeca mill, rotary endo, Zoom whitening and oral surgery equipment
• Dentally software
• Dedicated support team, including a full-time Practice Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Experienced team of longstanding staff members who are committed to a warm and collaborative work environment
• Full time hygienist across both practices
• Existing well maintained patient list with plenty of new enquiries
• Support of future personal development
Ideal Candidate:
• Newly qualified or experienced – ideally with some experience of working in private sector dental care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues
• Empathy and patient-centred approach to providing high quality care
• Team-focused attitude, contributing positively to our collaborative work environment
• A desire to establish a long-term position within our practice, building lasting relationships with our patients and team
• Organised, friendly and professional, ensuring you always adhere to guidelines
