Associate Dentist

We are looking for a enthusiastic dentist to join our lovely team at Tuffley Dental. The practice is independently owned and family run. The practice is 60% NHS and 40% private and treats the local community and families throughout the generations. We have an extremely loyal patient base with a full diary. We are not taking on new NHS patients and we have a long private waiting list of patients wanting to join the practice. Great private potential.

We have a full team of qualified nurses, most who have been with us for more than 15 years. The practice has an extremely laid back approach and a friendly atmosphere. We prefer to treat dentistry as a branch of healthcare and we re not interested in constantly upselling. You will see separate NHS and private patients, we do not impose targets on our associates and will give you full clinical freedom.

The practice is of course fully digital, air conditioned and uses SOE. We are very flexible on ordering any materials you prefer. Hygienist support available.

We are looking for a qualified dentist with ideally three or more years experience who has a caring approach to patients, can provide a good quality general dentistry and can get along with the team.

We would ideally prefer a full time dentist 4.5 days a week but can be flexible if you would prefer part time. There is also the option of doing emergency care one Saturday per month at a day rate of £1000.

50/50 private split and up to 4500 UDA's available at a competitive rate

Ideal start date March/April next year but again can be flexible if another date is required.
