This practice is looking for a candidate that prides in going above and beyond whilst also providing clients with a high-level service.

 

About the role:

• £30K per Annum - Full Time
• Must have 2+ years’ experience in management
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in dentistry management
• Looking for candidate with exceptional Business Management skills to lead a Dynamic team
• ASAP START available

• Independent Practice
• 3 Surgery – All with Air Con + Windows
• Fully Digital Practice with Digital X-rays, R4 Software and more!
• Welcoming and Extremely Professional team including Therapist, Associates and Nurses + Receptionist
• Car-Parking available nearby

More about the role

• To work with the owners of the practice to ensure the business operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line with the business vision and overall strategy
• To ensure the business continues to grow and attract new customers, and to achieve profits in line with its planned growth objectives
• To have responsibility for the financial and business administration aspects of the business as well as, compliance, clinical and non-clinical operations
• To ensure the care and welfare of customers and staff in line with brand standards ensuring the highest quality of care and a first-class customer experience is delivered to patients
• Keeping track with UDA contract , updating associates and principals
