Remuneration: Circa £120,000 Take Home
Description: Part-time PRIVATE dentist required for 2-4 days per week in a Fully PRIVATE, Independently owned practice near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
• MUST include Friday
• Hours 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
• Take Home circa 10,000 per month
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Hygienist on-site
• 4 Fully computerised surgeries
• Mostly simply plan patients
• List largely of Long term plan patients
• Newly qualified Dentists welcome to apply
• Digital X-Ray, Rotary Endo
• Happy to encourage any Treatments so long as qualified
• Friendly and Supportive team, most having worked at the practice for many years
• Experienced dental nurses
• Free parking
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
