Remuneration: £13-£14 per UDA + Private
Description: Full time Performer dentist required for 4-5 days in a busy mixed, well established practice near Rotherham, South Yorkshire
• £13-£14 per UDA
• Good private potential
• Focus on NHS but can build a private list
• 7 surgery practice
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Full support team with Hygienist/Therapist, Nurse & TCO
• Practice hours are 9am-5pm
• Parking at the practice
• Close to transport links
• 5 minutes to Rotherham, 25 minutes to Sheffield
• Denplan/Practice plan offered by the practice

- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
