Associate Dentist

A view to take over a large list of loyal Denplan and Private patients built up over 35 years

We are a long established independently owned mainly Private/Denplan dental practice in Aldridge town centre and are also the official dentist to West Bromwich football club.

The new dentist will initially treat a mainly NHS list on 1-2 days and then will also acquire a wholly private/Denplan list from one of the associate within 6 months, or from the principal within 2 years to work on a full time basis. The Renumeration rate would be at 50% of earnings after lab fees.

All dentists gross well over £20000 per month on average whilst generally only working four days.

We are located on a high street in the centre of Aldridge with parking, and within easy reach of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and Solihull.

Our climate-controlled practice was founded over 40 years ago and has built a reputation for providing quality dental treatments including Fastbraces, Invisalign, implants, smile makeovers, facial aesthetics and specialist endodontics.

We have the latest technology to use including the iTeroscanner, a CBCT scanner and rotary/reciprocating endo motors. We are fully computerised with digital radiographs/software of excellence and provide the associates with premium materials to use. We firmly believe in oral health promotion, and our hygienists and therapists complement the dentists to concentrate on high quality care.

As the principal dentist I am happy to mentor over complex smile makeover and implant cases.

The applicant will have full clinical freedom with the backing of an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic team for the optimal patient experience. The practice will allow you perform the dentistry you want to and provide you the support to develop professionally.

The applicant should be GDC registered with their own performer number, and have 3 years experience. Further skills in Invisalign and placing implants are desirable but not essential.
