Remuneration: £14 - 15 per UDA depending on experience
Description: Part-time LOCUM DENTIST required ASAP. 2 - 3 days per week, Monday & Tuesday, in an established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Hamstead, Birmingham.
• £14 - 15 per UDA depending on experience
• 50% labs & 50% private
• Mon 9 – 5.30 & Tues 9 – 5:30 & Weds or Thurs 9 - 5.30pm
• Dentists must be competent in all aspects of dentistry
• 3 surgery practice
• Surgery is equipped with SOE computer software
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Hygienist and Practice Manager on-site
• Available Now
• On-site parking and 10 mins walk to a train station

- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
