Whilst HMP experience is valued, please note that you do not need prior experience in these settings to apply for HMP roles. Our clients provide full training and support through the induction process and throughout the contract. They will also take care of your security screening which, when completed, will enable you to work in a variety of secure settings across the UK.

HMP Dentists are hired as “temp-to-perm” – meaning that the first 1 to 3 months are booked as a Locum contract, so that you can fully experience the role and work type before committing to an ongoing Associate post. This gives Dentists a great opportunity to ensure that the work type is one they will find rewarding in the long-term.
