Full-time or Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a mixed, INDEPEDENTLY OWNED practice in Horley, Surrey
•   £60,000-£100,000 Take Home •    £14 per UDA 5500 UDAs available •    Excellent Private turnover •    50% Private and Lab bills  •    Stable patient list to inherit •    4 surgeries •    Full support Team with Hygienist on site and Practice Manager •    Practice provides General & Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Orthodontic, Endodontic Treatments           
•    There is a decontamination room and staff room •    Mondays – Fridays 8.30am - 5.30pm

Compliance requirements:   - Full NHS Performer Number if applicable   - GDC certificate   - UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years    - Indemnity certificate   - Passport   - Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)   - Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years    - Degree certificate   - CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months   - PIN number    About Horley & Gatwick Dental Centre

Our experienced & longstanding associate team including an Implant Surgeon, Periodontist, Endodontist and Orthodontist (Invisalign and fixed appliances) that are supported by a dedicated Dental Hygienist and a team of qualified professional support staff. We provide a mix of NHS & Private dental care.
