We’re searching for a dynamic dual-role Practice and Business Manager to propel us into the future and cement our status as the community’s leading dental centre.

About the Practice: Located in the heart of Newry, our practice has recently undergone a modernisation, boasting six state-of-the-art surgeries. At our newly refurbished practice, you will have access to the latest digital equipment, including the Trios 3 Intra-Oral and OPG Scanner.

As our Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee our dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals, driving excellence in every aspect of practice management  - including HR, accounts, reporting and compliance.
  • Drive Growth: Use your business acumen to boost clinician income and practice revenue through innovative marketing, enhanced training, and strategic patient care initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Elevate our practice’s community profile by enhancing our online presence, improving Google Reviews, and spearheading our social media strategy.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Be the change-maker in our practice aesthetics and patient journey, ensuring every visit is exceptional.
