Bright Orthodontics are a group of independent, family-owned specialist orthodontic practices located across Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.  Our practices hold an outstanding reputation locally for providing high quality, ethical orthodontic treatment.


This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Dual Site Practice Manager to join our team permanently on a full-time basis between Bright Orthodontics Widnes and Warrington.


The Role:

  • Diary and Appointment book management,  
  • Supervise, support and oversee accountability of the dental team.
  • Oversee staffing, rotas, holidays and training.
  • Oversee practice performance, NHS & Private KPI’s and financial accountabilities e.g., budgets and P&L accounts.
  • Work with our TCO’s, Clinicians and Front of House to deliver 5-star patient experience.
  • Manage patient feedback and complaints.
  • Monitor CQC, IPC, GDC, NHS & Data Protection compliance.

Brief person specification:

You must have previous experience as a Dental or Medical Practice Manager and be able to demonstrate proven knowledge, skills and behaviours around team management, performance management, customer service and demonstrate positive role modelling behaviour.
