Private Associate Dentist / Salisbury, Wiltshire / Full or Part-Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independently owned practice.
• Available from January 2024.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, up to 37 hours per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday - Working hours are to be discussed at the interview.
• Dentist will be managing a predominantly Private list with a small NHS allocation of 2000 UDAs.
• The successful clinician will be managing an established list of Plan, Fee Per Item  and NHS patients from retiring clinician.
• Projected earnings of £90,000 - £110,0000 per year (based on full time).
• Remuneration is a 50% split of revenue generated.
• Practice requires an experienced General Dentist, with any additional skill sets welcome.
• Due to the busy nature of the role candidates will ideally have at least 2-3 years’ UK experience working Privately.
• Opportunity to be the sole provider of Facial Aesthetics, with high demand for this service.
• Principal Dentist can provide mentorship in Implants and Invisalign for clinicians interested in these clinical fields.
• 3 surgery dental practice with Principal Dentist, Associate Dentist and Hygienist currently in situ.
• Modern working environment with access to CBCT Scanner, Intraoral Cameras, iSmile software, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, OPG and iTero.
• Central location with heavy footfall.
• Practice is situated within a 2-minute walk of the train station.
• Parking is available nearby the practice.

All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number to be considered. A recent DBS Certificate will be required on request.
