Remuneration: Rate @ 50%
Description: Full time Private Dentist required for 4 days per week in a busy mixed practice near Uckfield, East Sussex.
• Mon to Weds - 8.30am to 5pm & Fri - 8.30am to 4pm
• 50/50 split on private and labs
• Fully computerised practice
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• OPG
• Apex Locator
• iTero Scanner
• Full support team including a hygienist
• On-site parking available
• 15 minutes from Crowborough. 40 minutes from Brighton. 45 minutes from Crawley
• Available November, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
