Dental Group Regional Manager ~ East of England

We are looking to recruit dynamic full-time Regional Managers to support us in developing our business as we embark on a period of exciting growth.

You will be working closely with the Company Directors and form part of our Senior Leadership team taking on full accountability for the growth and development of a collection of practices within a region.

You will already be a strong leader, who builds solid plans, engages people and confidently drives performance. You will have a proven track record in excellent administration and project management. Added to this will be your ability to provide sound impeccable customer service and dedicated ongoing support to our Directors. You will be expected to contribute effectively to wider practice management activities and work closely with colleagues of all levels ensuring effective communication systems are in place.

Experience of HR management would also be favourably considered, as will experience of working within the dental/medical sector.

Experience in a senior leadership position within the dental sector will be favourably looked upon.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following:

• · Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practices as a whole
• · Delivery of the costs and revenue to budget across your region
• · Providing and maintaining an excellent quality of service and performance in accordance with the company strategy, targets and mission statement
• · Providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice managers, clinicians and support staff

Salary ~ £45K-£50K (based on experience) plus benefits.

The Dental Design Studio provides general & advanced dentistry services in 17 state-of-the art practices located across England (Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Norfolk, Cumbria & London).
