Associate Dentist

Associate position available at West Coast Dental Care, Swansea. A great opportunity has arisen for the motivated applicant to join our friendly and supportive team as an NHS/Private associate.

4 days a week, with the equivalent of 5500 UDAs available. Good NHS rate of remuneration. Welsh Contract Reform practice with a move away from UDA targets to enable greater access and become more prevention focused. Practice is well-run with excellent front-of-house systems that enabled us to achieve our 2022/23 Patient targets without any difficulties and in good time.

Plenty of private work available and a growing private list for the right candidate. You will be assigned a list of Private Plan patients from the very beginning. 50% split on Private work.

This is an excellent 4 surgery, mixed NHS/Private, independently owned practice that offers implants and a specialist referral service. We also provide facial aesthetics and orthodontics (Invisalign with iTero scanner). Modern practice environment, SOE EXACT, rotary endo, OPT, hygienist and therapist. BDA good practice award for 10 years. Experienced team that is always fully supportive of personal development and career progression. Our nurses either already have additional-duty qualifications or are currently undergoing this extra training to improve skill-mix, so our clinicians have excellent support and referral options in-house.
