An excellent opportunity for an Orthodontist to join a well established practice in the heart of Rugby town centre. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. Rugby is best known to offer high quality education and is the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the famous Rugby School where the sport was founded by William Webb Ellis! 

·Ideally 1-2 days per week to start with

·628 UOAs at a competitive high UOA rate depending on experience - dedicated one day per week

·Remaining days will be private providing fixed and Invisalign

·Waiting list for private ortho and Invisalign for the right candidate to take over. Approx 35 new fixed cases and 79 Invisalign cases started in the last year

·Over 9000 long-standing and stable patients on our books with daily new patient enquiries coming in, so you will never be short of patients.

·Appointment books (zoned diaries) set up to ensure your day runs smoothly and efficiently, including designated emergency slots so you are not double booked

·Our retiring orthodontists who have between them 30+years’ experience and are keen to mentor and support the incoming candidate to ensure the smoothest transition possible

·For the progressive dentist, we will offer financial assistance to relocate to our beautiful area, a great team environment to practice in, a waiting list of well-maintained patients, and a great contract to enjoy it all

About the practice:
 
·Mixed, Independent, Principal-led, family focused dental practice, established for over 75 years, with a long-standing reputation in Rugby. 
·A down to earth and easy-going Principal who wants to provide close support and direction to help the incoming candidate develop and grow
·The practice are currently developing a brand-new website and undergoing a large refurbishment both exteriorly and interiorly to modernise the practice
·Ideal location, in the heart of Rugby, only 10 minutes’ walk from the train station
·A wonderful Team that works cohesively together, including associates, orthodontists, hygienists, nurses, and receptionists. 
·6 Large open spaced surgeries in a beautiful Victorian building with well-maintained Equipment, including, Intra oral cameras, DSLR camera, Digital Xrays and OPG machine, Itero Scanner, speed increasing handpieces, Rotary Wave One Endo and GBT EMS technology.

·Strong transport links making commuting to and from Rugby much easier and highly affordable - London Euston to Rugby takes around 50 minutes and Birmingham to Rugby around 30 minutes

Requirements:
·GDC registration and certificate
·Active NHS performer number
·UDAs at Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
