We are a fun bunch of UK trained dentists living and working in Gisborne, New Zealand. The practice is busier that ever and we are looking for another experienced Dentist to join our team.

Work / life balance is integral to what we do. We all work 4 days, there are no late nights or weekends, and the commute home takes 10 minutes.

With the recent changes to immigration pathways and the classification of Dentistry in the critical skill shortage visa it has never been easier to work in New Zealand.

We are a modern, well equipped private practice. Our Dentists undertake full scope of Dentistry so there is always plenty of diverse work and interesting cases. We have a large loyal patient base and excellent support staff contributing to a happy well organised workplace. Communication is key to everything that we do so the successful candidate must enjoy talking through treatment options and engaging with our patients.

The Successful candidate needs

• Excellent clinical skills and experience in the full scope of general dental practice A British dental qualification or equivalent that enables registration with the NZ dental council To be a team Player – who enjoys working in a positive and collaborative environment To be someone who loves building relationships and communicating with patients.

Gisborne is a friendly provincial rural town with a warm sunny climate. We have stunning beaches, great outdoor activities, walking, fishing, diving, golf, surfing, horse riding etc. The town itself has good cafes, a fabulous local brewery, a number of local wineries and a vibrant Saturday farmers market. The local airport provides easy and convenient flights to the rest of the country.
