Temporary Associate Dentist/Experienced Therapist

Short term position for an Associate Dentist or Experienced Dental Therapist at an independently owned family practice in Durham City Centre.

Do you want to get away from working for corporates where you aren’t in direct contact with the practice owner and have limited supply of materials for the month and a constant turnover of staff?

An opportunity has arisen to join our team at Claypath Dental Practice. One of our long term associates of 10+years is leaving the area to be closer to his elderly parents. The job has been filled from September but we are looking for a new team member to bridge the gap from April.

The practice is an independently owned mixed practice; NHS, Private Fee per item and Denplan in the centre of historic Durham. It is well regarded in the area with a great reputation reflected by the number of referrals received from existing patients. The practice is well run by a long standing and highly valued team whose input is valued at our monthly staff meetings.

Well maintained NHS list and excellent private potential. Fully computerised SOE, digital x-rays, rotary endo, good quality materials, hygienist and therapist. Currently 4 days Tuesday-Friday (flexible), no weekends, no on call. 

Terms of pay negotiable daily rate or per UDA with additional private. Therapist daily rate or per hour.
