We are hiring Clinical Advisor to join us in Damira Dental Studios.

The role of a Clinical Advisor within Damira is to ensure that our clinicians feel supported to provide excellent care for their patients in a safe environment.

In Damira our Clinical Advisors are experienced dental registrants who work as part of the clinical team to continually improve to deliver safe, effective treatment, maximising patient outcomes, satisfaction, and trust.

Key role/responsibilities

As a Clinical Advisor you will provide:

·        Support: Help and guide our dentists, hygienist and therapists.

·        Development: Encourage career success and personal development.

·        Quality: Help our dentists, hygienists and therapists to Provide clinically effective care to our patients.

·        Clinical efficiency: Enable our teams to delivering dentistry in an efficient and productive way.

Damira Dental Studios operates a Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance (CGQA) framework at local, regional and group wide level across our 28 Practices, and we prioritise delivering a safe, effective service which maximises patient outcomes.

Therefore, our CGQA is centred around patient openness and candour, cross practice and healthcare sector collaboration, and continual improvement.

Aligned to NHS England, CQC, GDC, BOS and legislative standards, we champion accountability, knowledge sharing, patient voice, audit, review, and learning.

Essential

•            GDC dental registrant (no conditions)

•            Current indemnity certificate

•            5-years post qualification

•            Extensive primary care experience in dentistry

•            Demonstrable track record of delivery in service

•            Has ability to manage time commitment necessary: 2 day per week (possibly increasing to 3 days per week)

•            Ability to travel and stay on location when required

•            Currently working in a clinical capacity.

Desirable

•            Experience as FD ES or overseas dentist mentor

•            Has received training in mentoring/ appraising/ counselling

Location

Oxfordshire or Berkshire.

(We can discuss a Remote role with adhoc attendance required in the Pinner Support Office. 1^st Floor, The High Barn, Pinner Hill Farm, Pinner Hill Road, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3YQ)

Salary

£300 per day which equates to an annual salary of £33,000 pa for 2 days work, dependent on experience.
