We are hiring Regulatory Officer to join us in Damira Dental Studios.

Key role/responsibilities

1. To support Damira practices with all compliance activities.
2. Provide advice and support with compliance to the practice managers and practices. 
3. Facilitate and support the inspection processes from notification of inspection to final response requirements to inspections and reports (CQC, NHS, He). 
4. To ensure relevant and accurate responses and statutory notifications are provided to the regulators ensuring the legal entities meet the requirements of the regulator’s requests for information within the specified timeframe.
5. To maintain accurate compliance databases.
6. Registrations - To ensure relevant and accurate registrations are in place for the Groups legal entities and ensure the legal entities meet the requirements of the regulators for provider & registered manager (CQC).
7. Contribute to how we plan, develop, and improve the processes linked with any aspect of the registration requirements.

Essential

1. Admin experience and tech savvy – able to work across different platforms.
2. Good verbal and written communication experience – working with legal documents that have to be completed fully and correctly.
3. Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues over the phone in a clear, calm and concise way.
4. Ability to travel and stay on location when required.  

Desirable

1. Dental Care Professional qualification

Location

Borough of Harrow/ Hillingdon

Remote role working across different practices with opportunity to work from home.

Salary

In the region of £30,000 pa dependent on experience
