Associate Dentist

Fantastic opportunity for a Dentist to join a well-renowned, very modern NHS/Private practice. The successful applicant will be taking on a well-established NHS list with an amazing opportunity for additional private income. We are based on the Cheshire/Staffordshire border.

We are based in a large purpose-built building, with on-site parking and four very spacious, fully air-conditioned, state of the art surgeries. We are fully computerised with digital radiographs and R4 software. We use the highest quality of materials and equipment, and consistently re-invest into the practice. The successful applicant will be working in our brand new surgery

There is a unique opportunity to be introduced to Invisalign orthodontic treatment and to be mentored by our practice group Invisalign provider, if you wish to pursue this path. Within our practice group we complete Implants (all-cases, including sinus lifts), specialist endodontic treatment, oral surgery and orthodontic treatment. All treatment can be referred in-house and support will be given to any successful applicant hoping to pursue a special interest in any of these fields.

We have two therapists at the practice who complete periodontal treatment, routine restorations, oral health education, etc as prescribed by our dentists. Not only does this help to provide the patient's with the highest quality of care, it also enable's our dentist's to have time in their busy patient diaries for more complex treatment, including crowns, veneers, whitening.

We are a young, family run practice group and have an internal support system for the successful candidate, including regular discussions/meetings with our clinicians, social activities and an ethos of a work family with an open door policy.

Marketing promotions are frequently completed within the practice group (at no cost to the clinicians) to provide maximum opportunity for private treatment.

UDA Target: 2500-6000 UDAs per year (depending on applicants preference)

Pay: Excellent UDA rate. 50:50 Split For Private Revenue. Plus a Golden Handshake

Golden Handshake is paid at month 3 and month 12. The amount is determined by the number of days the associate can provide to the practice.

Clinical Days Per Week: 2-5 (Full Time or Part Time is on offer)
