ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with a modern dental practice (purpose-built in 2019) is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

• Part-time Associate Dentist

• High private remuneration (up to 55% of gross)
• Your own patient fee-per-item patients
• Practice location benefits from affluent demographic and high footfall 
• Two or three days per week (Flexible days Monday to Friday)
• 2000 to 3000 UDA (equivalent to 1000 units per day to ensure you have time for your private patients and private treatments
• Excellent new equipment, rotary endo, digital x-ray, wide screens in surgeries linked to the intraoral camera

• Referrals to hygiene/therapist for treatment

This is a lovely dental practice, modern and well-equipped; but what really sets it apart, is its people; you will be well looked after. The practice benefits from three high-specification surgeries with rotary endo, digital x-ray, plasma screens and intraoral cameras and soon to be accompanied by a scanner.

The practice is owned by two young principals who are forward-thinking with digital dentistry, both with a passion for dentistry and with skills that complement one another; ensuring you benefit from a rewarding environment, clinical freedom and excellent opportunities for professional development. The team is friendly and professional with two qualified dental nurses, a trainee nurse who is bright and switched on, an experienced dental receptionist ensuring your day runs smoothly, and two dental hygiene/therapists providing you with excellent support and referral options to utilise their full scope of practice.

The practice is privately focussed, there is only a small NHS contract; you will benefit from private fee per item patients and an established list of NHS patients with high private opportunity. The private will in time make up the majority of your income and treatments provided. This provides you with a superb opportunity to utilise your skills and develop new ones. Postgraduate education and development is actively encouraged and the principals have Restorative Cosmetic, Invisalign and Education (FD and previous therapist trainer) additional qualifications.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
