Smart Dental Care is a dental collective boasting more than 36 practices throughout North-West England and Northern Ireland, and we are thrilled to offer a remarkable career opportunity to a skilled Practice Manager with the drive to succeed and join our fabulous team in Wilmslow! 

A little about the role…

As the practice manager, you will be tasked with providing top-tier patient care, optimising team performance, and increasing revenue. In addition to overseeing local initiatives such as recruitment, human resources, marketing and staff development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, and whilst Dental experience isn’t essential, a healthcare/medical background is preferred!

Wilmslow Dental Centre is a wonderful practice located in the affluent village centre of Wilmslow, in the leafy suberbs of Cheshire!  Our Wilmslow practice boasts a total of 4 surgeries which are equipped with cutting-edge technology and is led by a dedicated principal and supported by an exceptional team! It has also built up a substantial mixed NHS and Private patient list, with a small NHS contract, allowing for huge private potential within the practice!

  • A passion for learning and development
  • Financial Skills including:
  • An ability to use data analysis and information as part of problem solving
  • An ability to undertake cash flow management and cash flow forecasting
  • The ability to work with Key Performance Indicators and a clear understanding of their role in monitoring the achievement of practice objectives and targets
  • Demonstrable experience of the processes of setting, monitoring, and controlling budgets
  • Experience of the acquisition and integration of new businesses.
  • The ability to grow business income in a competitive marketplace
