Are you looking to develop your skill-set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team at our Stoke On Trent practice.

Our Practice Team sits at the heart of our business and we want everyone to feel as though their role is a vocation- not just a job.

This is a part-time opportunity working the hours of Monday morning, Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning.

The day-to-day duties of Treatment Coordinator include outlining dental options for clients, interacting regularly with the dentist and providing payment plans.

Duties of Treatment Coordinator include but aren't limited to:

  • Outlining dental options for clients
  • Assisting clients with queries
  • Interacting regularly with the dentist
  • Issuing payment plans for clients
  • Covering reception as and when required
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Taking patient bookings and payments
  • Handle all enquiries via phone, email and face to face in a professional manner
  • Deliver a high-quality and efficient reception/Treatment Coordinator service to the clinic
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • Have a good working knowledge of all services including packages and price
  • Prepare, explain and follow up treatment plans
  • Achieve consistently high levels of treatment acceptance and contribute to reach high conversion rate
  • Liaise with external parties for any additional services such as Finance facilities
  • Product knowledge

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual along with the following requirements:

  • Experience in the dental or medical industry as a receptionist, patient coordinator or dental nurse is ideal
  • Dental sales/ethical sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience
  • Active listening and understanding patient's needs
  • Good attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy work environment and to stay calm under pressure
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
