Private Associate Dentist

Private Associate Dentist / Dawlish, Devon / 4-5 days per week

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Dawlish, Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position available from Mid-June 2023.
Notice periods are taken into consideration.
Full or part-time opportunity, 4 – 5 days per week.
Surgery space Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8.45am-5pm.
Mainly Private working environment.
Practice can offer a % of fees achieved, depending on experience.  
The successful clinician will inherit a large well maintained Denplan list worth circa £95,000 to the clinician per annum.
Plenty of opportunity to offer Private fee per item alongside plan.
Small number of Children`s NHS and exempt patients, paid at £13 per UDA. Number of UDAs negotiable (current associate does approx. 700).
Includes provision of 2.5 hours per week Urgent Dental Care, paid at a £100 per hour for no more than two patients.
Practice will support clinicians looking to expand their skill set.
Option to grow list further due to high demand for Private treatments in the area. (Current associate does 4 days a week).
Practice can accommodate all skill sets and will support new dental services.
Position would suit both experienced Private Dentists and clinicians from a mixed or NHS background looking to make the move into Private.
The successful candidate must feel confident offering all aspects of general dentistry to a high clinical standard.
Well presented, three surgery dental practice.
Computerised (EXACT) with access to Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo (Reciproc), Apex Locater, Fluid abrasion with Velopex Aqua Cut Quatro, speed increasing hand pieces.
Each surgery is complete with ceiling mounted TVs.
Dentist will have the support of experienced support staff, allowing Associates to maximise clinical time.
Parking is available nearby.
Practice is situated nearby train station with good links to Exeter and Bristol.
Associate will have the benefit of working in a beautiful seaside location, whilst also being close to the M5.
 
Dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number. An Enhanced DBS certificate will be required on request.
