DENTIST FULL OR PART TIME

We're a fully digital clinic with full clinical support, mentoring and no cap on instrumentation/materials. We are an established dental clinic based in Billericay Essex providing both NHS and Cosmetic Dentistry to a high standard.  Direct 20 minute trains from Stratford London and Liverpool Street.  

We also have a vast range of dentists, ranging from a DWSI in endo, to an oral surgeon and implant dentist and hygienist support. We have everything in-house and encourage in-house referrals. We are established in Invisalign- Gold provider, Enlighten excellence centre, and have facial aesthetics,  plus aesthetic procedures including whitening, icon, etc.

• Supportive principal who will help guide through bigger cases, treatment plans and implementation. Fully digital clinic, with no limitations on instruments/materials Really affluent area, who are happy to pay the money for good work.  We will allocate a full time dentist £5000 training budget for you to be use over 3 years in agreement with us to help you grow and develop your skillset. £12.00 UDA rate. 3000-5000 UDAs depending what you want. 45% private- Extremely affluent area. Most 4 day a week associates with no extra skills will gross an average minimum of £900 private a day just through porcelain crowns, and composites. Those with qualifications in short term ortho, facial aesthetics, bonding etc grossing £1100 a day minimum. We invest in technology and training for our teams, as well as providing our Associates with weekly private opportunities through an effective and established marketing department. We also have a vast range of dentists, ranging from a DWSI in endo,  to an oral surgeon and implant dentist and hygienist support and encourage in house referrals. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

** Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in cosmetic dentistry, in particular displaying confidence in the following:

**Cosmetic composite bonding / smile makeovers with composite bonding and or veneers. 

**Basic facial aesthetics is a plus but not essential.  

**General Dentistry including providing options to NHS patients such that they understand exactly what you are providing with private dentistry. 

**Be willing to see patients of all ages, and patient with paediatric patients

**Enthusiastic with a good work ethic, high personal standards, and a commitment to customer care.

Days available:

• Full-time (4 days out of the below: including 1 late night till 8pm) MUST include Friday.  This is ideal but parttime will be considered but MUST be at least 2 days and one MUST be Friday.

• Tuesday 9-8pm MIXED LIST Wednesday 9-6pm MIXED LIST Thursday 9-6pm MIXED LIST Friday 9-6pm MIXED LIST- ESSENTIAL DAY  Saturday 9-6pm PRIVATE ONLY

Salary: £12.00 UDA 45% For private work. 

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Essential License/Certification: GDC Registration (required) & NHS performer number and pin.
