Private Associate Dentist / Sudbury, Suffolk / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Sudbury, Suffolk to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independently owned practice.
• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm.
• Associate Dentist will be required to manage a predominantly Private list of Plan and Fee Per Item plus children’s NHS.
• Practice are offering a 50% split on fees generated with a 50% shared cost on Lab Bills.
• High earning potential – Projected income £150,000 - £180,000 per annum based on full-time hours.
• Dentists will have full clinical freedom over their diaries and materials.
• The successful clinician will inherit a full and stable list of patients from outgoing Associate, many of whom have been with the practice for several years.
• Dentist will ideally build on the existing list as the practice has a waiting list for new patients.
• Due to the busy nature of the list the practice requires a clinician with at least 2+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Six surgery dental practice with four Associates, an Orthodontist, and Oral Surgeon currently in situ.
• Well-equipped surgeries complete with Digital X-rays, CBCT Scanner, OPG, Intraoral Cameras, and CEREC machine.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and feel confident working in line with the high clinical standards at the practice.
• The practice is situated on the Essex/Suffolk border, easily commutable from Colchester. It is also within a one hours commute by train from London.
• The practice has been established for 75 years and boasts a loyal patient base.
• Onsite parking is available.

All candidates must be registered with the GDC, hold an active Performer Number and will ideally have at least two years UK postgraduate experience. An Enhanced DBS certificate will also be required on request.
