Dental Practice Manager

Dental Practice Manager / Northwich, Cheshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Northwich, Cheshire to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible. 
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week.
• Flexible on working days & hours.
• £30000 per annum depending on experience.
• The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and with a strong dental background.  You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed targets.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPI’s & practice budgets and be commercially aware.
• Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• 3 Surgery dental practice currently undertaking a refurb and expanding to 6 surgeries.
• Inhouse specialisms include an Implant Dentist and a DWSI Endodontist.
• Computerised with Dentally, Digital X-rays and Rotary Endo.
• The practice is looking at investing in a Scanner and CBCT for the practice once refurbed
• Parking available at the practice.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
