Perm Position:

• £13-£15 per UDA – Up to 5,000 UDA’s for a Full Time Clinician
• 50% Split on Private work
• Full-Time role available – 5 days per Week – Will consider applicants for 3+ days per week
• Looking for an Associate confident in conversion who can upsell Private – LOTS of conversion and high private earnings within this practice
• The Principles second local practice makes around £70k per month in Private and is looking for an Associate who can support him push forward with these figures at this practice
• Full diary to inherit – very busy, loyal patients with strong oral health
• Fantastic Facilities and Equipment (please see further below)
• ASAP Start would be ideal – But willing to wait 3 month’s notices 

The practice:

• Principle works within clinic part time – Lead Associate has been in practice 23+ years and is a Specialist Oral Surgeon/Implantologist – Happy to Mentor! – Making up FT Support for Associates!
• Independent practice – Full clinical freedom – Small, intimate practice with a tight-knit team and positive working environment
• Principle is exceptionally friendly and supportive – he fully trusts in his team, and does not micro-manage, but happy to step in whenever and wherever needed!
• Fully Digital – Digital X-rays – iSmile Software – OPG Machine – ADEC Performer chairs
• Practice offers a range of Dentistry areas  and will support all Special Interest areas of Dentistry – this will be tailored into your clinic
• High volumes of: Implants, Composite Fillings, Crowns, Bridges and Whitening offered
• Located in an Extremely Affluent area – with very high demand for Private Treatments
• Central location – fantastic commuter links both by car and train!
