PLVE Dentist & Associate Dentist

We’re looking for an Associate Dentist and a PLVE to join us at our well-established 9 surgery practice in Lincolnshire. The practice is independently owned, predominantly NHS with a high potential for private work.  We are located on the outskirts of a culturally diverse, historic rural market town on the East Coast. We use Systems for Dentists and Schick digital X-rays. We have at the practice as well as our associates, a Dentist with special interest in endo, an Implantologist & 2 Hygienists. The team is very supportive and have recently passed our CQC inspection. The right candidates must be enthusiastic and have good communication skills.  

We can offer an Associate (Performer and GDC Number required) :

• £10,000 Upfront performance bonus* PLUS up to £15,000 (pro-rata) Golden Hello subject to NHS criteria*
• Independently owned
• Full time - part time also considered (can be flexible)
• Up to 8000 UDAs (to be agreed)
• Great private earning potential – 50/50 split
• Parking on-site
• 50/50 Lab cost
