Together Dental is one of the fastest dental groups in the UK which currently consists of a growing number of dental practices. We have an exciting opportunity for a Central Operations Manager to join us.

We are looking for an experienced and high-quality Operations Manager to help run the business on a day-to-day basis, ideally with dentistry background. This will be a field-based role with some office days required.

As a Central Operations Manager at Together Dental, you will be responsible for supporting our Practice Managers in growing dentists and practice performance. We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who is eager to take our practices to the next level and develop on its strengths. This role will work closely with the COO and the wider Senior Management team, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations within the office to ensure the organisation runs smoothly.

The role as Central Operations Manager:

  • Collaborating with wide Operational team including the call centre.
  • Supporting Practice Managers to grow practice as well as staff.
  • Completing practice visits to support, coach and check operational compliance against operational plan.
  • Review and improve operations to make the business more efficient
  • Work in collaboration with Senior Management Team and key stakeholders within the business to review and support change
  • To support HR trends and subsequent actions, including performance management if and when required
  • To travel across the regions based upon business requirements

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced Operator in dentistry is highly required for this role.
  • A flexible, reliable, driven and hardworking person
  • Flexibility and travel overnight required
  • Leadership Skills are required
  • Able to build relationships and communicate clearly
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Multisite business units/Practice background essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
