Together Dental is one of the most exciting, high growth dental business in the UK who provide outstanding dental care for both NHS and private patients. We are on a strong path of acquisitive and organic growth and now have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our established Contact Centre team.

This will be a full time, Monday - Friday position and would suit someone with recent experience & knowledge of the dental profession, but we will also consider exceptional reception, call centre and administration experience.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual along with the following requirements:

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls which are diverted as overflow from our dental practices
  • Booking appointments
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and passing onto the relevant individual
  • Sending appointment reminders
  • Administration tasks as required
Systems used:

  • Dentally, Zoho & Microsoft Office Suite

Skills Required:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to use and operate a computer based system
  • Be willing to learn and progress
  • A well presented, keen, friendly individual, excited to be working alongside a great team
