Vacancy in the School of Clinical Dentistry at The University of Sheffield

We are seeking to appoint to a senior post in Orthodontics in our ambitious, dynamic and collegiate School. The post holder will provide academic leadership, and support the provision of excellent learning and teaching for our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The School is research intensive and the post holder will join our inclusive multi-skilled team. Senior Lecturers will be encouraged and supported to develop their research portfolio. Senior Clinical Teachers will also have the opportunity to participate in research. A Chair-level appointment will be considered for outstanding candidates. The School enjoys a positive and constructive relationship with hospital colleagues and together strive to provide the best clinical service for our patients; in this regard an honorary consultant post with the Trust will be awarded. Registration with the GDC and eligibility for the appropriate specialist list is a requirement.
