CONSULTANT IN ORTHODONTICS

FULL TIME (10 PAs); SUBSTANTIVE

LUHFT invites applications for this full time (10 PA) Consultant in Orthodontics post, based at Liverpool University Dental Hospital.

We are seeking an enthusiastic specialist to strengthen our regional Orthodontic service in Merseyside. The successful candidate will principally be involved in the treatment of multidisciplinary patients requiring joint Orthognathic and Restorative liaison. Experience in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and the delivery of clinical dental education are expected. The post-holder will also participate in the training and continuing education of junior hospital staff as appropriate.

Applicants must be fully registered with the General Dental Council and be on the Specialist list of the GDC.  The possession of FDS(Orth)RCS or equivalent is desirable.
