We have an exciting opportunity for a dentist to join our friendly team on either a full time or part time basis in a modern practice. We strive to offer the very best patient care and we focus on providing the best patient journey to all of our patients.

Our five-surgery practice is extremely modern having been recently fully refurbished. We see both Private, NHS and Plan patients. We have a well-qualified clinical and admin support team, including qualified dental nurses with advanced qualifications. Professional Dental receptionists and a dedicated patient care co-ordinator. We have a dental therapist and dental hygienist, and a dedicated practice manager.

We are in the beautiful Welsh town of Llangollen. There is an excellent road network giving easy access to all that North Wales has to offer for outdoor activities, while also having good road links for commuting from Merseyside, Manchester, Cheshire, and Shropshire.

The practice has an excellent reputation and has a loyal following of friendly patients. We get lots of new private patients and lots of patients coming to see us specifically for cosmetic treatment, dental implants and 'smile makeovers.' We have many 5* reviews on Google from our happy patients.

We have a busy in-house dental laboratory, offering very high-quality work, technical support and advice to help you provide the best possible outcomes to patients. The lab is set up for complete digital workflows. The technicians can undertake shade matching on site and are on hand every day for help and advice with regards to the technical side of complex cases. We have several 3D printers in the lab and can mill Zirconia and Porcelain in house. We have in house CEREC and as such crowns can be produced to a very high standard within 1 hour.

The position is to take over an existing list of patients as such the new position will have a full dairy of patients. Including Private, NHS & Dental Plan patients. There are no UDA targets in Wales.

The outgoing associate has a very good level of private income working 4 days a week. There is a genuine reason for them leaving. They are happy to discuss the role with any new potential associate joining the team. We can also provide a period of mentoring if this is desired to help acclimatise to the practice and technology we have at our disposal.

We have the latest dental Technology to help you provide the highest level of care to patients. CBCT/OPG, digital radiographs, intra-oral cameras in every surgery, 3D printers. We have a CEREC MCXL milling machine onsite and several furnaces which allows us to construct crowns in under 1 hour – we can teach you how to do this if you have had no previous experience, and we will pay for training courses if required. We have both PRIMESCAN and OMNICAM intra oral scanners, Wave One Gold and high-quality dental materials in all surgeries. Implants are placed by our in-house implant surgeon, Oral surgery and Orthodontic work are all undertaken at the practice - clinicians are happy to mentor and discuss cases, as such there are ample opportunities to learn new skills. We are fully computerised using SoE. All the surgeries have large windows, are air conditioned and have mechanical ventilation. We have TV's on the ceilings in all surgeries, which patients love!
