Dental Operations Manager / East Midlands / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a newly forming dental corporate to recruit a Dental Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Full time opportunity - around 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday - working hours to be discussed.
• Salary up to £55k per annum depending on experience.
• £400 per month car allowance.
• Medical Insurance / Life Insurance.
• All candidates must have sound experience of the Dental sector.
• You will be working in a similar position with experience of operations with an understanding of dental practice acquisitions.
• Ideally you will already have a good network amongst the Dental community.
• Strong relationship management skills are required along with commercial experience.
• Good project management skills, implementing new systems, processes across the group.
• Mergers and Acquisitions experience advantageous for this position, along with integrations.
• This position would suit an experienced Dental Area Manager / Operations Manager within the dental industry or could possibly suit a Dentist looking to split their time between a non- clinical / management role and working in general practice.

• The position will be field based and working from home with visits to head office when required.
• The successful candidate will be based within the East Midlands Region of the UK.

All candidates must have dental managerial experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
