Associate Dentist

Are you looking for a change from your current position or approaching the end of your foundation training this year? 

We are an independently owned friendly dental practice in Kenfig Hill, south Wales and looking for associates  that can help us to provide high quality dental care to our patients. 

The position on offer is full or part time and available to start immediately but we will honour all notice agreements. 

The position suits either less experienced colleagues looking to develop their dental care for patients in a fully supportive environment or an experienced colleague wishing to get a better work/life balance. 

The practice is predominantly NHS but with plenty of scope for private work. 

We offer unlimited UDAs at a UDA value of £15.00 per UDA. 

A 50/50% split on laboratory costs and all private work. 

We are fully computerised with Digital Radiography and Rotary Endo with a fully qualified support team and expert mentoring from colleagues and the practice owner if needed. 

The practice has two fully qualified hygienists one of which is a qualified Dental Therapist and a Clinical Dental Technician. (one of only 10 in the UK) offering their support at no extra costs to the associates. 

Applicants need to be: 

GDC registered with a valid indemnity certificate and have : 

an active Welsh Performer number 

a valid DBS certificate 

a CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12months 

a valid Hep B certificate 

The practice is located just 5 minutes from Junction 37 off the M4 with on site car parking.
