Practice Manager

An experienced and motivated Practice Manager is required for this established but growing referral practice in the Nottingham catchment. 

The Practice Manager will work alongside an experienced Business Manager,  joining an expanding team of dentists, specialists and support staff delivering both NHS Orthodontics and Private Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics.

You'll be joining the team at a great time, with substantial investment in modernising the practice with full digital workflow and the very latest Itero Scanners, including virtual consultations for patients. 

This long established practice is going through an extensive refurbishment with completion of works due in July 2022 and resulting in a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary dentistry offering comprising of a full range of cosmetic and restorative dentistry. 

As well as the latest systems and processes including virtual case assessments for both NHS referrals and private patients alike, the clinicians are supported with highly experienced nursing, management and treatment coordination teams, ensuring a brilliant patient journey and high conversion rates of treatment plans. 

Due to the expansion of the team and growth of the practice, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to the team. Working alongside the business manager, the PM will have day to day management responsibilities for the practice, including staff management and accountability for the patient journey. Candidates with prior experience in a Treatment Coordination or Patient Care Coordination role, keen to maintain a "hands on" approach with patients would be welcome to apply. 

While prior experience in a management role would be beneficial as would management qualifications such as ILM, more important is a "can do" attitude and a willingness to lead by example. Previous experience of leading people and teams is essential.
