A long-established, high-end private practice in Winchester is searching for another clinician.

St.Cuthberts is an independent private practice, catering to an affluent area of Hampshire, within three minute walking distance of Winchester train station.

The current opportunity is for a clinician to work two days per week, with the option for alternate Saturdays (currently in high-demand), and a split shift on a Wednesday evening.

We have three very long-established clinicians, one of whom will be winding down in the next 24 months. We would like to establish a replacement at the practice for the days and patients to be gently migrated.

As a result, this role would be initially a 1.5/2 day role, with a successful applicant ideally building additional days to full time (3.5/5) day post in the coming two years. We can be flexible on timings and due to the client base are more focused on getting the right clinician in place.

The practice provides general dentistry, some cosmetic dentistry, but currently no specialist work. We are open to clinicians with special interests. St.Cuthberts has a sister practice nearby which is a 10-surgery NHS site with 19,000 patients.

St.Cuthberts has been privately owned in partnership for thirty years, recently being purchased by a small group (The dental management partners) who are building a network of partner-led practices. Practices are led by clinicians with equity in their site, ensuring the practice retains an identity and feel of an owner-operator practice but with greater efficiencies.
