Dental Practice Manager

We are actively seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team in Ilkley!

The role:

You will have responsibility for the efficient management and leadership of the team in accordance with our existing policies & procedures. You will be the first point of contact for providing support and guidance to the team members as well as ensuring all patients enjoy an excellent customer service experience.

You will report to the Operations Manager who will provide you with ongoing guidance, support and coaching. Supporting you on-site day to day is a Customer Service Manager and Lead Dental Nurse.

Your experience:

Ideally, you will have extensive people management and customer service experience. You will have excellent leadership skills as well as be motivated and driven to succeed alongside possessing excellent communication and IT skills. You will have excellent organisation skills including the ability to prioritise whilst managing reactive business needs.

Benefits & salary:

We are offering a starting salary of £28k+ dependent upon experience. You will receive 25 days holidays + bank holidays + your birthday off, alongside many more great perks and benefits!
