Clinical Director required OTE £180 000

Clinical Director required for practice in Northampton 

We need an experienced dental practitioner with experience in dental implants and orthodontics (especially Invisalign) to become a clinical director. You will be responsible for clinical work and our team of dentists, dental / orthodontic therapists.

Our main focus is dental implants, especially Al on 4/ All on X and orthodontics (mainly Invisalign treatments). We expect you to be hands on carrying out work as well as being a clinical lead.

Ideally you will be hard working, prepared to put in the additional hours to ensure we are performing well and complying to all best practice clinically. We are looking for an outgoing personality who will maintain a happy cohesive clinical team and progress the facility. We aim to provide further areas of dentistry like general practice and advanced periodontics.

In return we are paying a base pay of £90 000 with commissions to £180 000 per annum (total) as well as a shares scheme, private medical insurance and further performance based rewards.
