South Hampshire - Private/NHS Post - £13+ Per UDA

Associate required to join a five-surgery, independently owned dental practice. The practice is a large practice consisting of a team of over 20 employed and self-employed team members including full time practice manager, head of reception, administrator, hygienist, therapists and sedation team. The practice takes pride in a close-knit team that share in the success of the practice, with regular team activities fostering a healthy working environment in which to adhere to professional, ethical dentistry. The practice has achieved recognition for being Number 1 in the UK for the most highly regarded practice on review platform Working Feedback.

This associate post is to take on a well maintained list from a retiring senior clinician. This is an high income post with opportunities for additional pay through senior responsibility, equity ownership on top of a competitive UDA rate. The practice is mixed, with considerable private income and a preference for a full-time clinician to manage a zoned diary balancing UDA requirements and private clinics. 

The practice refers to external implantologists and endodontists, but would like to develop further specialities in-house. Availability is for between 4-5 days Monday-Friday; 5500-7000 UDAs available. Please apply through the BDJ to arrange a discussion.
