A rare opportunity has become available for a Dental associate to join our well-established mixed practice in Welling. Situated in SE London/Kent borders.

Short walk from Welling train station which is 30minutes away from Waterloo/London bridge.

Part time or Full time to take over a well looked after list of patients from a colleague who has been at the practice for 10 years.

3-5 days per week. Offer flexible working days

50% remuneration on private income.

All the associates generate a very good private income which makes up between 50-70% of their income.

The UDAS are achieved on low needs patients and those who are well maintained at the practice. Any high needs NHS patients can be referred to the current foundation dentist for their training.

No UDA targets to achieve. 3000-7000 UDAs available per year

Full clinical freedom with your choice of Labs.

You will have excellent support staff and nurses.

The practice facilities include:

• Fully airconditioned rooms
• SOE Exact dental software with digital x-rays and OPG
• Ventilation system and all rooms have windows
• Large spacious rooms with modern equipment
• Use of Itero for Invisalign
• Rotary endo (for both NHS and Private work)
• Dedicated decontamination room
• Surgical motors and equipment for Implant dentistry
• Patient finance available

You will be working in a relaxed stress free friendly environment with supportive staff

The practice has been established for over 60 years and we have a large number of loyal patients.

We are looking for a caring enthusiastic dentist with a commitment to postgraduate dentistry.

Mentoring is available is for those who wish to develop their skills with Implants.

We are also a training practice so there is the opportunity to become an Educational supervisor for Foundation dentists

Requirements

• GDC registered NHS Performer number
• Valid indemnity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork ability
• Passion for dentistry
