The idea of this role is to head up the practice and lead from the front; to lead the clinical team, with input into how the practice is run and direct access to both the Clinical Board and the Board of Directors, affecting change and pushing innovation in dentistry. This post is ideal for an experienced Dentist pushing for their top spot of their career, to have their experience recognise and act as the principle dentist of the practice they working in.

With a heavy focus on developing up and coming Associates, creating the "perfect practice" would be at the forefront of your daily agenda, along with phenomenal patient care and second to none attention to detail.
