The practice is looking for someone who is constantly looking to develop and improve, to share knowledge, and focused on delivering the best patient care.

About the Role

• Full-time position available
• A great competitive salary between £26,000 -£30,000! Depending on experience
• Flexible working hours
• Dental experience required 
• Position became available as previous receptionist went overseas
• As face of the practice, presentation, rapport and customer service excellence is crucial and your duties will be:
• Register new patients according to established office protocols
• Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
• Verify and update patient information and enter all relevant patient information into data system
• Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
• Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Answer and manage incoming calls and respond, comply to requests for information
• Schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
• Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment
• Maintain a professional reception area and safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
