Associate dentist - flexible hours and no targets

An exciting opportunity has come up for an associate in a well established dental practice of nearly 50 years in a small South Devon town.

We are a single chair practice expanding to two surgeries and are looking for an associate for initially one day a week quickly expanding to two if mutually beneficial. Position is open from the beginning of February. 

Flexible hours, would suit someone with young children or someone returning from maternity/paternity as no daily/monthly targets and no set hours. All I ask is you care about the patients

You will be in control of your own books and hours

If the applicant has a performer number, that would be ideal but not essential as we have a small NHS contract. We are predominantly private with a practice plan and a handful of denplan patients.

45% split but with a view to increase for right person, lab bills 50/50. Fairly flexible hours as long as our staff are happy to accommodate and work alongside you. 

We are looking for a team player to work alongside our fun and light hearted veterans of the practice who know every single patient who walks through the door, most of them personally. Be prepared to stop and chat with most of our lovely patients if you live locally.

We have a cloud based software which is honestly obscure but we will be switching over to dentally soon. We use digital X-rays and intraoral cameras We are a general dental practice and looking for a GDP who can care for our well maintained patients so special interests aren’t required In our reputation based practice, chairside manner and communication is essential rather than years worth of experience. All levels of experience welcome to apply as support will be given as needed. 

We have a lovely DHT working alongside providing further patient care.
